About the Company
Our most recent experience is in the burgeoning New Mexico cannabis industry and have worked with vertically integrated companies over the last 5 years. These companies had multiple cultivation facilities, production buildings, distribution facilities, as well as retail locations. Our initial start was in the medical cannabis space which has since expanded to the recreational market. We’ve worked with various departments and regularly sought out for solutions.
Prior experiences include working with independent retail stores, small service based companies, and franchise owners. These experiences involved a variety of topics including: tech support, purchasing, web & graphic design, marketing, technical writing & SOPs, management, reporting & analytics, and inventory/category management. Through all of these experiences it became obvious that creating solutions is an important practice in any new or growing business and we are here to help you create an optimized solution for your projects or challenges.

Adam Lester
Owner / Creative Genius
Adam loves animals, particularly cats, even the annoying-always-hungry-orange variety. He is a fantasy nerd and has always got a book going, if not several at once. His only problem with books is that they don’t last long enough with a speed reader around! Speaking of nerding out, Adam is a bit of a spreadsheet geek and believes that spreadsheets should not only be functional they should be designed well! He has always been inquisitive and is quickly able to master new subjects due to his curiosity. This has served him well in our ever changing world of computers, technology & devices.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Adam has lived in Santa Fe, NM since 2008. Art & design is one of things he is passionate about. He began creating websites & doing graphic design projects in high school and throughout college. Adam has a BA in Politics from College of Santa Fe. Many of Adam’s skills are self-taught through work experience and necessity. Working in the cannabis industry has given him added experience with regulation, patience, perseverance, and deeper understanding of the fast paced modern environments that new industries & startups face.
